1. Are your products authentic?

We only work with verified sources and trusted suppliers. Every order goes through manual inspection before shipping to ensure quality.
2. Do you have minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
After your first order, no MOQ for future orders.
For the first order, we require an MOQ of 8 sets, but you can mix different series within these 8. This is simply to verify that we are working with real resellers.
3. How can I get your product catalog?
If you are a seller, please contact Park on WhatsApp to receive our latest catalog.
We regularly update our product list based on market trends and availability.
4. How about customs duties and taxes?
Import duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the sender.
We can provide guidance to help you optimize shipping solutions and reduce potential costs.
5. How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination.
Typical delivery time:
- Express: 3-7 business days(Shipment over 21KG)
- Standard: 7–12 business days(Small package)
We always recommend the best balance between cost and speed.
6. How do I place an order?
Simply contact us via WhatsApp.
You can simply let us know:
• the product name and product number you want
• the quantity
• the recipient info
We’ll send you the quotation.
If everything looks good, We’ll issue the invoice — once paid, we ship.
PayPal, Wire transfer and Wise are acceptable.
7. Can you do dropshipping?
Yes, we support dropshipping.
We can store inventory for you and ship directly to your customers with stable and reliable fulfillment.
8. What if there are damaged or defective products?
Every order is checked before shipping.
If any issues occur, we will work with you to resolve them quickly and fairly.
